Like at the Berry's, there will be alot of family parting in this family over the next few days, can I do Christmas and not eat 7layer cookies? NOPE, I truly don't see it happening. Plz will be making those cookies, taking those and at least one raw, organic pineapple to the party Christmas eve. I'll need the fasting!

After Thanksgiving, I did a 3 day fast, hoping for damage control. I didn't get "sick" so it must have been successful.

My plan is to enjoy the holidays and begin a 4 day oj fast next Friday. I'll bring the New Year in a detoxing condition :D
