OPing reversing receding gums????
my quote from the Ask Curezone posted a little before
"last year my dentist told me that we had to replace your left canine crown, coz the gums had receded uncovering my tooth. That was obvious by just looking in the mirror.
But I haven't replaced it yet.
Now after reading your post I went to the mirror to check my gums in that specific place.I can no longer see my tooth that once used to be a little exposed and easilly seen. No, I can't see it anymore. After practicing OPing since April the gums have come back to their original place, covering the gap between them and the crown.
And something else.I Don't know anything about the connection of vit E and receding gums, but coincidentally I have been avoiding Vit E the last 15months or so(due to its blood thinning properties)systematically.
I'm gonna post it also in the OP forum, just in case it is helpful to someone
Greetings from the Mediterranean
ps thanks for having me discovered that benefit OPing had on me"
I'd like to add to this that I no longer have pain in that tooth. When I was weak or came down with a flu my tooth hurted a lot(not too much though). But I can't remember how long ago it stopped hurting. Is that also an other one pro of OPing????
