Roaccutane made my acne worst!! Help

I've had Acne problems, mostly cystic in limited area on both my cheeks. My doctor suggested Roaccutane (30mg) and I started it. My blood work was excellent I wasn't worried about the results just alittle unpatient.

For around three months, I didn't see any changes except for the dryness. Just as the fourth month began, I started to break out, this time not on the usual places. I developed around 30 cystic in my face, armpits, back and chest. I had a huge cystic (1.5" diameter) on my pubic area I had to discontinue for a while until it cleared. I never had Acne on my armpits, back or chest :( :( :(.

Today I finished my 6-month course. All my cystics are still there, had shrink a little, but still there. I thought that what that medician suppost to eliminate. My doctor asked me to discontinue it for two months and said that it would clear up at this time. I don't believe that's true. I'm really frustrated at the results. I hope everyone reading my story think twice before using this mediciation.

Is there anything I can do to kill all those cystics bags under my skin to prevent them from swelling up again?
