Get Joel Fuhrman's (M.D.) book Eat to Live. There he lists all the foods that you can stuff yourself on and it's impossible to gain weight. There are lots of them . I love, but you probably wouldn't, Kidney and Garbanzo beans in olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar with dried onions and Mrs. Dash. Only use 1 Tbl. of oil though, and about 2 Tbl of vinegar to two cans of beans. Stuff yourself. You'll lose weight and be full, full, full.
