** Day 1 alkalising drink

I thought I would post my reports of this for interest. I began the drink today but sipped it cautiously over the day as was weary of reactions. I have noticed that the dull pain in the heart region has gone round about the 5th rib down and the numbness in my little finger has gone, oh and I am nicely sleepy before bed in a moment. So my thoughts are that perhaps lack of calcium were contributing to these issues. This is a major plus for me! Thanks Moreless!
