Removing plaque from your bowels, especially large chunks like OXY would, can make you temporarily VERY sensitive.
Sometimes you get re-absorption of toxins and those actually make you feel worse.

Personally I no longer use the product, the binding produces a lot of oxygen not just O3 - Ozone this gassing causes too much damage for me.

Lightly ozonated olive oil seems to be far gentler...
