It's really easy to go overboard when you're liking something and having good results with it...I tried coconut once, it really didn't work for me. It was too thin and I did not feel that it gave an effective pull. Other folks DO have good results with it, to each his own..although the taste was FABULOUS:) I think(I'm just guessing here) that you just gave yourself WAY too much of a workout...
I think that the effects of OP are cumulative...so relax...OP is also supposed to be meditative.
If you've read some of the R posts, you will see that people with peridontal disease HAVE succeeded in reducing their "pockets", so yeah, it DOES work:)
