On Digestion and Energy.

 
Needless to say, this is completely untrue.  Not only do we not have the organs to process EM, like some plants do.   The whole concept relies on ideas that have been proven wrong, nonexistent organs, and a horrible understanding of simple acid-base chemistry as well as simple physics.  For example energy cannot be created as some claim; it can only be transformed from one from to another.   And Alkali metals are not “activated” by acids, nor does this release any energy that is usable by our bodies.

 
Electromagnetic waves run the gamut from the very energetic gamma to the feeble radio waves.  The amount of energy inherent in the wave is determined by the equation E=hv.  All bodies that are above absolute zero emit some EM.  Our bodies being above absolute zero do emit some thermal radiation, much of it is due to the inefficiency of the body and some of it due to the biochemical processes involved.   We do not have any means to use any form of electromagnetic radiation to power our biosystems.

 
Foods we eat are digested by the body and broken down it to some useable components.  From the carbohydrates, proteins and fats we get from food, they are processed by various biochemical pathways to produce the energy we need.   The end result is basically the production of ATP, a chemical that is almost universally used by all living things.

 As we can see in the above links, alkali minerals do not release EM energy, nor can this energy be used by the body.  There is no connection substantive connection between EM and Acid-Base chemistry.
