I have struggled with debilitating insomnia for the past two and a half years.
I tried everything, prescription sleeping meds, herbs, minerals, relaxation, hypnosis, everything. And nothing worked.
Then I realized my progesterone levels were low (and I'm only 31) and started supplementing with bio-identical progesterone cream. Things improved, but not all the way.
Then I found out I had systemic candida. I've gone onto a protocol of a candida diet and anti-fungals and probiotics.
So now as long as I don't forget the progesterone cream, and I keep the candida under check, I sleep.
