Re: Plaque and Colons and Colonoscopy's

Removing the stuff, that's the trick isn't it. I'm certainly not the expert on it, and for myself, I've not been able to get it out.

However, I've read of people removing it with juice fasting. I've also seen a couple testimonials here of using okra pepsin E3, although I've not tried it myself. Some have reported using high dose primal defense as getting it out, however it takes at least 3 months, so they say. And primal defense at high dose for 3 months is very expensive. Oxypowder /coloson type cleansers seem to be popular and the suppliers claim it dissolves the plaque. I don't know...you can visit the Bowel Cleanse Forum and read posts on it. I've used it a few times and never felt it was making a difference, but that's me.

Right now, I'm using ground flaxseeds and slippery elm powder, homemade, very cheap. I have no tolerance for psyllium, it bloats me up like a balloon. We'll see how this goes, I've not seen any plaque yet, but I plan on using it for a couple months.

Let us know how things go for you and what you decide on...good luck.
