My body reacts better to Distilled Water. I add Apple Cider Vinegar to it. I used to eat the typical "bodybuilder diet" and I have a lot of excess proteins & junk in my system. I need Distilled Water. Whenever I drink Spring Water, if I don't add Epsom Salt to it (which I learned from your site), my body swells . . . even if I drink a gallon or more.
I don't like the taste of Spring water, so I doubt I will switch. I'll just add minerals to it.
Speaking of water, I took a detox bath this morning. When I took my cold shower, I had to stop several times because I couldn't stand the cholerine smell. I never had that happen before. I'm hoping a filter will help.
