I have heard a lot about a fruit diet and the benefits...I am looking to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time - actually I have to, for health reasons- and I am confused on whether a low carb diet or a fruit diet will help me to achive this faster...any advice? It may be a stupid question, but some say the carbs in the fruit will not help me lose weight and that low carb is better...HELP! Thank you!!!
