While you were not paying attention or looking for it, at 4:00 in the morning last Friday\Saturday before the holiday break they passed a bill allowing them to do just that... pull any herb or supplement off of the market for WHAT EVER REASON THEY CONCOCT.

Last I heard it was waiting the Presidential signature is all... :-(

Very bad news for alternative and self help (us) health practitioners.
