Kelp Tablets - Frequency

Bought a couple of brands of Kelp tablets/capsules -

Brand 1
Contains 75mg Sodium and 640mg of Kelp per serving? Does this mean the kelp has 75mg Sodium, or is that in addition to the Kelp? Also the other ingredients says Gelatin Capsule and Magnesium Stearate.

Brand 2
Contains 225mcg of Iodine from Kelp and 45mg Kelp per tablet. Other ingredients says magensium Stearate, cellulose, vegetable stearin, dicalcium phosphate and silica.

Any red flags? Which one is more suitable - or is there an even better brand out there that just has kelp with all natural pill casing? Does that exist?

Thansk
