Hi!

I was trying to eliminate candida from my colon. I got out a stringy/tentacly white jellyfish, is was disgusting to look at but the ACV enema was effective in terms of candida killing.
But the days that followed my colon was extremely painful, raw and burning, and I have had this burning ever since, and I can not get rid of it.
I guess that I was a little to eager and took too much ACV to the water, and I did'nt follow the ACV enema with a normal salt water enema to get out the remaining ACV.
Stupid, yes.

but if it works for others thats just great :) Just be careful and don't overdo like I did. Tweet
