I don't think that zapperplans.com is a scam.

It simply takes a very long time (many weeks), and they are not very fast in answering questions ...

You have to understand that when you sell something 10 times cheaper, you may have 10 times more custommers, and with that many custommers, it takes time to produce and to handle all orders (especially if you have problems with getting parts), and it takes time to answer all email questions ... especially when those questions are already answered on their web site.
