The pinworms are back!

My daughter and I had pinworms about 4-6 months ago and now I see they are back.
I used pin-x on the entire family and sanitized the house. Then put myself on a 30 day humaworm cleanse. I tried to put my daughter on the child cleanse but she struggles in swallowing the capsules even though they are very small. So, I used some wormwood/clove/walnut hull tincture for her in water instead.

Now they are back. Ughhh! I just started myself on another round of humaworm, but what to do for my son and daughter? Why are they back? Frustrated! I've been through 4 rounds of head lice and now this is the second time with pinworms in 6 months. I am so tired of the bugs!
