You know it took a bit of time to get you unwell so you can figure there is no fast way to health only more efficient ways and we here know UT to be supreme and as Cel says diet is crucial. But it is simple also. No fomulas are necessary. No additional compounds.Stop eating the "civilized diet". Read/ study as much as you can on those who have gotten well and dont neglect to read what the oldest texts say on this matter. If you would go on a strict ripe fruit diet and keep your elimination strong with any tecnique and do UT of most of your fluid your feelings should return to optimism very soon.

BTW One mouthfull or a few oz is really not a lot when you consider what kidney fluid is and its purpose.
