These ancient dictum 'let food be your medicine' was declared ages ago before our soils have been totally depleted of nutrients! I have yet to find a sun ripened mature lemon anywhere! This not only makes it nutrient defficient but potentially harmful in that it produces a protien the body finds impossible to digest!

There are however foods that can be counted on for thier nutritional value such as apple cider vinegar blackstrap mollasses and kelp and others! and there are also supplements that complete the balance and correct the proper ratios of minerals such as calciuym hydroxide and magnesium! Calcium or magnesium should not be used alone it is critical that the correct ratios of calcium magnesium potassium and sodium be in correct ratio to one another ! Many have fallen victum to improper uses of minerals taken only one mineral such as calcium or magnesium by itsefl is foolish and unwise !
Many find fault with using certain minerals only because they do not understand these simple concept!
Some also refuse to learn and troll these forums trying to instill fear and ignorance into the equation! The establishment has declared war on health claims of any type of cure and especially those that ar effective!
So ultimately misinformation on the net and even on these forums here at curezone is abundant!
So be wary of these types with agendas and personal vendettas that misinform out of a personal obsession! Its a shame but it a free country and anyone can voice their opinion whether it is misguided and false or not!
