Update: OP & CFS/Fibromyalgia

I went to visit my sister-in-law yesterday and got a full update on all the things oil pulling has done for her and her family...

Both her and my brother-in-law are pulling as well as my 7 year old neice. They all love it! My sis was able to ride a bike 5 times up and down her street for the first time in years. Normally something like that would have her bedridden for days. I haven't seen her look this good in a long while. She was able to go outside and get firewood and walk around taking care of the kids with no problem.

Even more interesting is what the oil is doing for them in addition to the OPing. She started putting it on her face, which brought her color back. She had her gallbladder out 2 years ago. After the surgery her stomach looked very bloated, almost like liquid was trapped in the skin. No matter what she did or how thin she got the bloated, jello-like tummy wouldn't go away. She started putting the oil on her stomach and now it is almost flat. No more bloat or water retension. I was amazed....we are both amazed. She is using it as lotion for all the kids. The oldest 2 have eczema and it is helping them so much. My brother-in-law has dandruff and sores on his scalp. He has been putting the oil in his hair and the dandruff and sores are going away. His hair also looks very lustrous and thick.

It is so amazing. My sis said she is a lifer now and will oil pull forever. Me too!! Tweet
