omega 6 yo omega 3 ratio in rice solubles

i have been taking a supplement powder drink of rice solubles that is touted as most beneficial.
i have been very concerned of late re the disproportionate amount of omega 6 to 3.
should i discontinue?

Any help would be soooo appreciated.
