Thank you very much for your reply. I am pleaed to say that I had no problems when I woke up early this morning.
It makes good sense that you say I may have been reacting to die off of fugus etc. (I hope that is what you were saying). I do have toenail fungus, and I do have the herpes virus as I get a cold sore just after times of stress. Goodness only knows what else is lurking in my system. My diet has been so high in junk Sugar "food" for so many years that I must have an overgrowth of candida.
I really, really miss my coconut oil. My breakfast was not the same without it, but I am terrified of eating it again. I thought maybe if I just started with one tablespoon a day for a couple of weeks, and just added it gradually it might be ok, but who knows. I spoke to a kinesiologist yesterday who told me in no uncertain words not to touch it again, but for some reason I want to. I think she was warning me of anaphalatic (spelling??) shock, but I didn't ask.
I will look into the cleanses you are encouraging me to try, but when I read some of the posts on these cleanses it puts me off. For instance, passing large worms. Yuck. Seeing them in the loo would freak me out. It's making me shudder just thinking what could be inside. Out of sight, out of mind springs to mind! Thank you for helping.
