As for your question "have you been tested for anything else" and "howss you infection going, aare u on antiibiotics or treating naturally", I've had various stool tests done over recent years, and the only thing that shows up is blastocystis. Testing for candida via stool tests isn't reliable, so cannot tell from that if I truly have a candida problem or not - but symptoms tell me I do.

Besides, blasto and candida tend to overgrow at the same time in the same person, they are sort of symbiotic.

As for my recent dental infection, I had to take tetracycline (which doesn't do anything for blasto, by the way) for a week - then stopped, and on my own I took some nystatin (anti -candida Rx) and lots of non-Rx anticandida products, to prevent worsening of candida from the week on tetracycline. So now I'm back to the same status that I was before the dental infection: have blasto, and likely a medium case of candida, just as I did before the dental Antibiotics week.
