Hello-o Nothing earth-shaking really, but I couldn't resist. :-) Two questions:
I am getting shocks all the time now, the last day or two, now that the dry and cold is upon us--and this is even boiling water for humidity. And so on. Is it likely just a humidity problem, or could there be something else?
Second question:
Are there any good natural sources of vitamin D... for vegans? other than the sun, I mean. We don't get enough of that in winter. I find myself wanting some good naturally-smoked salmon about this time of year--but my son is all vegan. In other words, he won't be taking fish liver oil...
