Something to consider if you aren't already:
Is she doing anything to address i.e. 'heal' the lifestyle/emotional components to why she has depression?
I've had undiagnosed Depression for many years and for me it really comes down to an 'unhappiness' with life.
A good compliment to the physical stuff is addressing the lifestyle/emotional relationship.
I can relate that prozac makes one feel better initially but when you come off, the root problems are still there, often unresolved because the drugs masked them superficially.
Altho it has been very tempting at times, I've decided to not return to the anti-depressants because I feel they are a 'quick fix' and I really want to clear this stuff for good.
