Golden Milk Recipe (there are many variations, this is just one)
Use for Yoga and Meditation to enhance Ojas and Sattvic qualities in the
mind. Cleanses Chakras, purifies the nadis, helps stretch ligaments. Also used
to lubricate joints, purify blood,clear and tone skin, induce sleep, and as a
natural antibiotic.
Add 1/4 tsp. Turmeric to ½ cup water, simmer 8 min., add ½ cup milk, 1 tsp.
Maple syrup, 1 tsp. almond oil. Warm gently & enjoy.
