This brings up the question of currents and mercury. As you may know, there are many who believe that it is not just the gradual grinding of mercury that is a problem but the electrical charge in the teeth that creates a battery like effect and increases
mercury release.

Being alkaline enough to absorb this is one aspect.....but what about the actual theory of charges in the mouth being detrimental to health. Since my mercury is now all out,
do you think this high charge on its own is worth dealing with.

If I touch this particular tooth with a fork I actually get a slight shock.....
