After 2 months....


It looks like my last post was 2 month ago.
I have been able to make some wonderful changes
I have begun a good habit of meditation and everyday tapping in some intentions
My intention have to do with eating when I'm hungry, eating slowly so I can taste the food, being satisfied with just a few bites of a rich food, throwing away food that doesn't serve me anymore.

The most difficult time of the holiday season is still coming up - the parties and plates of goodies. So being conscious about the eating is so important.

So my intention will be to be very aware of all my senses when I am at a party or have a plate of goodies in the house.
See the beauty of the food.
Smell the wonderful aroma
Feel the warmth of the room
Listen to the laughter or music that's going on
Look at the people who are around and feel a love and connection with them.
Have a grateful heart to God for the people who made or gave the food and send them a blessing from my heart.
Then after all of that eat the food.
Feel the texture.
Eat slowly and enjoy every bite.
Feel only joy and satisfaction - even if it is a food that I wouldn't normally choose. It will be good for me because of the peace, enjoyment and love that is surrounding it.
