Your last story about going into a pastry shop is exactly what I am talking about! So excellent.
Conscious eating doesn't mean always eating the "right" or the "healthy" food.
It means choosing to each a lovely, rich dessert full of fat and Sugar and chocolate and tasting every single bite! Maybe after a few bites, you decide that is as much as you can handle and one more bite would be overwhelming. So you choose to not have anymore. More will not serve you.
