JUST FOR FUN…TO LIFE YOU UP!!!
Because we all need a little more laughter in our lives!!!
KIDS ON BEING THANKFUL
A kindergarten teacher was explaining to her class about the
upcoming holidays and what it means to each of us. She said,
”I want to start with Johnny and go around the room and I’d
like each one of you to tell me something you’re thankful for
this holiday season. So she pointed to little Johnny for him to
begin, and he did a little wiggle in his seat and blurted out...
"I'm thankful I'm not a TURKEY!"
A CHRISTMAS PROMISE
It was the day after Christmas at a church in the middle of town.
The pastor was looking over the nativity set when he noticed the
baby Jesus was missing from the cradle. Immediately, he turned
and saw a little boy with a red wagon pulling the baby Jesus
figure down the sidewalk. He ran to catch up with him and said,
“Son, where did you get that baby Jesus?” “I got him from over
there in front of the church.” The little boy replied.
“Why did you take the baby Jesus, son?” The pastor asked.
“Well,” the little boy began to explain, “about a week ago I stopped
by here and prayed to Jesus that if He would bring me a big red wagon for
Christmas, I’d come up here and give him a ride around the block
in it. And that’s what I’m doing.”
THE JEALOUS WIFE
An old man and his wife were Christmas shopping in Walmart
when the old man lost track of his wife. He looked and looked and
couldn’t find her anywhere and it was very crowded and he was
getting very tired, so he went up to a beautiful young woman and
said, “Ma’am, I don’t mean to impose…but would you just stand
here and talk to me for just a minute?” “Why would you ask me to
do that?” The young woman asked. “Well, I’ve lost my wife in
here somewhere,” the old man began to explain, “and I just can’t
find her anywhere. And any time I talk to a beautiful woman, my
wife just seems to appear out of nowhere!”
THE CHEERFUL GIVER
A little girl asked her mom for 25 cents to give to an old lady on
the park bench. The mom was so touched by her child’s kindness
and she reached into her purse for some change. But being very
curious, the mom asked, “Honey, mommy is so proud of you to
want to give to the old woman, but tell me dear, what made you
think to do that?” “She told me she’s selling COOKIES!” The
Little girl replied.
We don’t stop laughing because we grow old...we grow
old because we stop laughing!
