Re: Liver regeneration, fatty acids and NSAIDs
Who funds these things... we already know that contrary to mainstream thought and the "low fat" diet mantra WE NEED FAT. Fat and water folks, and lots of it. The problem? The SAD has moved completely away from natural fats and oils of the past and therein lies the problem with most all fats and oils today. Our bodies do not know how to process these synthetic overly refined fats and oils... margarine and other trans fats that permitted the long shelf life of processed foods was just the beginning of the problem.
Fat tissue in the body produces hormones, it also serves us in the manufacture of fat soluble vitamins and such. If you did not know, the human body given sunlight, fresh air, water, all minerals, in correct proportions and fats\oil can produce its own vitamins as needed with the exception of vitamin C (women can produce C in limited but not adequate quantities).
In addition, the excess fat on our bodies that we have come to know in epidemic proportions is VITAL to keeping environmental toxins (it binds with the heavy metals and toxins) from killing us.
Yes, the olive oil we take during a flush is VERY good for us, that is why we should be sure to make it is cold pressed organic and the best (cost does not always equate to quality) we can afford.
It is helpful to your life and liver to eat very high quality plant fats and oils on a daily basis.
Research diets of the past... every people everywhere were concerned with fats and oils and incorporated them in large amounts. older animals were always preferred for the fatty content... plants that contained high amounts of oils were preferred. Olive oil dominates Biblical text. etc. etc.
Pharmaceuticals along with commercial SAD fats\oils are killing us by killing the liver's ability to do its designed job.
