Question for Invincible....

Firstly, many THANKS to Moreless and you for an excellent support forum and website.
Would very much like to try making the alkalizing drink but am having a few problems getting some ingredients. They are Epsom Salts and the Calcium Hydroxide Powder - not sure if kelp is available here either. Tried thru a friend of mine to get the MgSulphate in the UK but she said it was only available with a doc´s prescription. She has offered to bring me something back from the UK again, and I thought of asking for the calcium hydroxide.... where would it be possible for her to buy this PLEASE? Also the approximate cost? How do you manage to get the food grade Epsom Salt? I found some in Canada some months ago when I was there BUT discovered at home that there were something else added to it (UPG?), so have only used it for external use. The man at the health food shop in Canada said he did´nt think there were 2 types of Epsom Salts (internal and external)but I´ve read on the forum here that some ES has traces of arsenic, so to only look out for the food grade ES. Which brand do you use, just in case my friend can get me some?
