This fast has been mentally uplifting so far and am wishing to continue another ten days. I have some concerns with my body shape though because I was technically about 15-20 pounds overweight at the start.
I resolved to accept myself beforehand with the excess weight and to be quite honest it didn't really bother me much anymore. But now, after having lost some weight, I feel like a barrier has been lifted from me and would like to maintain this loss. I fear however that I will have an untoned, flabby shape upon completion of my fast and would like to take some measures to ensure that my skin will shrink and fit my body properly.
Will this happen over time or should I tweak my diet to include extra protein? What kind of exercises will help me in this regard? I appreciate any advice.
