okay--this should be a breeze...

can someone please tell me how to restore the toolbar at the top of Word...
(all I get is the barest of frames--so I can't do anything except open documents)

I have tried the usual--what Windows help suggests) right click on any toolbar, etc. etc...

and have tried system restore-- comp will not let me do it--which seems weird--says there have been no changes.
Today the power went off when the comp was on..otherwise it seems fine but is running quite slow--esp. on curezone.
Other details--windows XP, downloaded quicktime yesterday...I have Norton 'big time security' which seems to be paranoid of everything--is always "creating rules"...

Anyone?
