Is this menu ok to start out with?


I'm new to the raw vegan woe and due to lack of funds etc, I want to keep things simple for the first couple of weeks. Do you think this menu is ok?

Breakfast:
Some sort of fruit ie:
Bananna
Grapes
Apple
etc

Snack:
Fruit

Lunch:
Salad with
Lettuce
Carrots
Celery
Cucumber
Olive Oil
Lemon juice

Dinner:
Salad

Snack Fruit or soaked peanuts

Do you this would be enough??
