Here they are!

Perhaps they will be useful to folks who feel 'down' in the wintertime.
I know that you, Hanna, have had wonderful success with healing your gallbladder.
If anyone wanted to read your story, they could go to any post of yours, scroll down to the area, below, where the light grey print takes us to ALL of your posts, and read to their heart's content.
I'm in the middle of my own healing of liver and gallbladder, and I feel wonderful...even though the snow outside collapsed our cloth and metal summer gazebo, on the sundeck, family 'discussions' will fracture our holiday hopes, we're broke, and I haven't yet found the cure for smoking.
Still, I feel as though I'm getting younger. Hooray! My irrepressable sweetie is recovering from his vertigo, and, at 82, is the greatest supporter and encourager I have ever known. Nothing is impossible for us.
If you, the reader, need a hug (and who doesn't in December), put your right hand on your left shoulder, and your left hand on your right shoulder...
...Stroke your upper arms, and say, "There, there, little one, you'll be okay. I'll take care of you."
You see, the subconscious mind doesn't care WHO does the comforting, just that it gets DONE! You can do it for yourself.
The adult you are becoming can comfort the needy child you remember, and soothe the concerned parent that echoes within.
And, for free, read the book 'Wishcraft' at
http://www.wishcraft.com It gives the best method for cheering a person up that I have ever read.
It's warm and it's funny...more than that, it's fun. Be sure to do the simple 'exercises'...they take you directly to surprising discoveries about yourself that you may not have ever guessed.
Everyone has wonderful 'gifts' within...you'll see.
My best,
fledgling
