Just did my second flush. I think I did some things wrong...

I'm just finishing my second flush and noticed some interesting things.

I don't feel like I just had a surgery. My colon doesn't feel sore at all. I don't feel extremely fatigued. At first I just got a FEW stones out. They were all dark green, not fluorescent green like before. I slept way better. I thought I did some things wrong. Just a few minutes ago some more came out. At first i thought they were stools because they were so big. Then i broke them apart and they were dark green. I had like four stones the size of walnuts. I'm still wishing more came out though.

I read Jova say that lemon juice works better. I think I'll use that in the future. I used a grapefruit this time. The other things that i did differently was I skipped the first Epsom Salt drink. Last time it felt like I took way too much. I was getting the dry heaves. This time if felt like I didn't take enough. I also just finished my first ten day fast a week ago. Fasting this time was absolutely no problem for me. I still haven't eaten yet, and am in no hurry. I did take the second oil mix in the morning because I felt not much happened. The second oil mixture I used lemons. I also ate some food with fat the NIGHT BEFORE I started my Liver Flush fast. Maybe I should have started eating a no fat diet earlier. Could this have caused the lack of intensity/number of stones?

If I should change anything or if I did everything fine, please let me know.
