Re: Color of Stones
Telman,
Thank you for the ease of understanding possible with your posts.
I have just spent an hour Googling 'migratory Motor complex', which you mention in another post.
Nothing I found was understandable unless the reader possessed some kind of a 'physical science' vocabulary. Interestingly, there were a fair number of 'dictionary' sites scattered among the hits shown.
Still, I find myself trying to fit technical explanations into my own circumstances and choices.
They aren't 'supposed' to be, are they? Those who wrote the information on the sites I Googled designed the information they gave only for the practitioner of medical management of bodily functions, to the exclusion of any suggestion of personal control...that was obvious.
You mention stresses, I believe, as an influencing factor. We, the average people, believe diet, sleep patterns, stresses, and other manageble factors must be responsible.
So, how do we interpret what we see into changes in our healthcare procedures?
For example, entirely by surprise, I passed a black stone that contained bright, Kelly green flecks. The stone was smooth and oval and the size of a pullet egg. It was centered between yellowish and orangish floating stool.
The only thing I felt was a slight nausea and an urgency to use the toilet.
I would give a lot to know what this event signalled...what changes I should incorporate in my healthcare.
I know, I can't ask for diagnosis...not here, nor even from medical doctors.
But, where does our path to understanding lie?
I strongly feel that we are left with anecdotal information, as we share here on CureZone, and individual intuition...our hunches, and the experiences we gather as we try various changes.
Hardly 'scientific'...yet perhaps the best information after all.
My thanks for being more understandable on this and related subjects than many others I've read.
