The painful penis tip part hit home with me! My boyfriend and I have been "fooling around" (we are both virgins) and on one of the first nights when we were lying naked next to each other, he had orgasmed and I was touching and caressing him, and he told me not to touch the tip of the penis because after he ejaculates, it is very sensitive and hurts if I touch it.
