Hello, I just found out that I have candida two weeks ago. I have tried to follow the candida diets I have found online while I was taking two weeks of Diflucan, but I am vegetarian and so have lost a few pounds and really can't afford to lose anymore. Anyone know a good source for a vegetarian version of the diet that can clarify what whole grains are ok, if I can eat tofu/soy products, and what natural sweeteners might be ok? Since I am lactose intolerant and can't eat spicy foods, my diet before candida was basically soy/beans, veggies, whole grains and lots of fruit. Any suggestions would be helpful.
