You do have the option of using the lax tea in
the morning as well as the evening. This works
for some. I agree with Pepe though that it could
easily be that you are already dehydrated which
is why your body is absorbing the salt. The
recommended water in addition to your lemonades
and tea and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is half your body weight in
ounces of water.
