Being patient...

yes, you heard right... SO very many people do not seem to understand the very real need for patience. I understand full well that it will take time to heal as it took me 48 years to get as sick as I was.

On the plus side... the body will only take a few years to recover IF I give and care for it with what it needs to heal, and then repair all the damage that has been done.
