to this list i would also add pine bark extract (aka pycnogenol) and grape seed extract, both are extremely high power anti-oxidents. based purely on anti-oxident power both of these far outperform such things are vitamin c or e.
of courese vitamins have more roles to play than just anti-oxidents, but if you want to boost your anti-oxident intake taking those two extracts will do more than taking vitamins or other supplements.
