Re: Just speak for yourself. I haven't forgotten.
Huh? I'm not sure what I said in the post you responded to that upset you. If you are referring to my post "You're right, this is a support forum" I was responding to hopsino's post not yours. I'm sorry for the confusion.
I found hopsino's posts telling this person "Don't flush" incredibly dismissive and not supportive in the least. I was specifically reacting to these statements in his 2nd post:
"This is a forum that SUPPORTS liver flushing. I still maintain that if the process of flushing scares you, you are not ready for it, is one thing to be nervous, but you should not come on a support forum and attack a process you never even tried."
I should have put my response under his 2nd post, and again I apologise for the confusion.
The original poster stated he/she has been reading the site for months, and explicitly thanked everyone for their posts and support. This poster is not a trouble maker trying to start a debate, and he certainly wasn't attacking the flush. It is someone who is having difficulty taking the plunge and just wanted to know if there were any "baby steps" he could take. Since there is no "
Liver Flush alternative" forum, I think it is a reasonable question to ask here.
I still take the position that most everyone here was scared of their first flush. And I feel part of
Liver Flush support is helping to allay those fears, which you helped to do with the links you posted. Hopsino's post was not helpful. I was quite scared of my first flush. All the reading in the world wasn't going to eliminate this fear. I needed to actually do a flush and experience for myself that any discomfort involved is quite tolerable. I don't know what I would've done if people on this board told me "don't flush until you aren't scared anymore" because that day would never have come.
And I resent your implication that because I use a number that I am some type of troublemaker. I simply prefer the number to protect my privacy. When I joined curezone I used part of my email as my login, which in hindsight wasn't wise. So I changed to the number. I have nothing to hide or be ashamed of. I am consistant in the use of my number, and if you look at my past posts, you will see I am a long time poster who is very supportive of liver flushing, and supportive of many of your posts as well. I can recall specifically a post where you asked about using an alternative method without oil to avoid vomiting. And someone accused you of "attacking" the flush recipe and saying your post was counter productive to a support forum. I called that person to task too.
