Your cake sounds delish! I might steal your recipe. I liked you idea for my b-day cake too - I need to go down to my healthfood store and pick up some of the nectar. I've heard it mentioned on CZ several times, but I've never actually used it.

*sigh* I live in Canada - the last time we had local berries was early October. I don't buy the imported stuff, since it's all from Mexico and eww pesticides!! Not to mention it's super expensive. $4 for a teeny container of strawberries!

I loved those fruit bouquet things too - I was thinking of ordering one, but they all contain melon and I can't stand melon. Lol! I'm so picky about everything.
