Re: anyone here cure anything with oils .......

I am using a hair oil that I made. I use rosemary, ylang ylang and cedarwood in a base of jojoba oil (all three of those oils are historically known as being great for the hair). I use it on my scalp once a week and my hair every other day and it prevents dryness and dandruff. Two years ago, when my scalp was at its worse it was dry, flaky, scaling and hair thinning out. I used lavender and tea tree in the blend at that time. Then a year later I only use the above 3 oils for maintanance and i never have to worry with dryness and dandruff at all now. My stylist says that whatever I am doing, keep doing it because my hair is in great condition.
