gentlemen, this conversation is a joke. everywhere you go in this nation, outside the big cities, you see nothing but these few things: walmart, fast food, gas, emergency services, hospitals, clinics, churches, line malls, laundrymats, public schools, trailer parks, car washes, and cemetaries. season with a few dentists and lawyers and you have america. take away health care and you take away half the good paying jobs in most communities. any fool can go into the supermarket and count how many people are wearing their labcoat or smock from work, sometimes with the nametags/badges/entry cards still pinned on.
