Romeo...read the "r" at the top of the page. There is not one person on this forum that hasn't had some benefit from oil pulling. It's outrageous how easy, simple and effect this is. Awesome in fact. Many see results within 2 weeks to a month. It may not be the thing you are going after, but it might be some other health issue entirely. And your teeth will get white, like you had them professionally cleaned. Unreal.
