Psoriasis and B-Complex connection

Is there any true indirect connection. Does b-complex deficiency increase skin outbreak?

I have a friend suffered from Psoriasis (atleast every though it was psoriasis). After visiting so many docs, one of them found an interesting fact.

An organ that pumps b-complex to skin has failed. So doc started some kind of injection weekly basis to increase b-complex supply to skin.

After this friend claims that skin issues are completely gone. But if the injection stopped, Psoriasis comes back. I have no info about what organ he is taking about nor injection. Something tells me not to ask him, but still wanted to share with you to see if you have any info regarding this.
