Since my introduction to OP, I have concluded most things concerning health center around oil and water, i.e., the transport systems. Some years back it was brought to my attention that the body is a series of tubes, and the manner in which nutrients, hormones, enzymes, toxins, etc., get from one point to another involves a liquid going through a tube.

A couple of suggestons for you.

First, question for you is how is your water intake. Would you be willing to SCHEDULE a daily intake based on the Water Cure ? This would include the small amount of unrefined Sea Salt added to the water. Each day fill the number of 20 oz bottles (easy to obtain and not so overwhelming as a gallon container) you need and at certain times chug-a-lug. Also, as suggested by Dr. F. Batmanghelidj, daily supplement of a sea vegetable would be added. That is quite easy to do.

Since we are on the OP forum, how does OP affect you? What oil are you using? I have read and heard that essential fatty acids address the problems with cravings and depression. Ever have the problem of being hungry even though you just 2 minutes earlier finished a meal? Your body is needing the essential fatty acids the meal didn't contain. Would you be able to OP for 10 minutes prior to each meal? See if that helps.

A few websites for you.

Most people who struggle with an overweight condition blame themselves for lack of discipline or willpower. While good eating habits are important, the real problem has to do with a much larger issue, our food supply.

Where do we find good fats? There are four sources of good fats...I've seen as much as 10 tablespoons per day used in cases of cancer, AIDS, Rheumatoid Arthritis , and weight reduction. I once ingested 15 tablespoons in one day, and on another occasion, I had 17 tablespoons of the oil blend mixed in fruit juice for breakfast. I had no problem digesting it but I also wasn't hungry for the rest of the day...What happens when we don't get enough good fats?
